Springbrook Animal Care Center
FAQ
It seems like it’s always busy here. Are there times when it’s not so busy?
Absolutely! Due to the quality of care and long-standing relationships with our clients, we understand our hospital can be a busy place. However, we are always staffed accordingly and attempt to minimize wait times. Please note, our busiest times are the weekends and right before doctors’ hours end during the weekday. The slowest times (and best times to come in) are during weekdays, especially from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Is there anyone there overnight to watch my pet?
Yes! We have assistants on duty every night to carefully monitor all of our recovering, emergency, and pet hotel (boarding) clients. For pets who require intensive care, we offer treatment in our advanced ICU rooms.
The doctor seems to be recommending a lot of tests that I’m not sure are necessary. Does my pet really need all that?
At Springbrook Animal Care Center, our goal is to provide the best care possible which, at times, may also be the most expensive. However, we work hard to provide affordable options that meet your pet’s health needs. We encourage honest conversations with your doctor so he or she can develop the best-individualized treatment plan for your pet. Our team understands circumstances vary between clients and are committed to helping you make a decision that is best for you and your pet.
My dog or cat seems to be getting a lot of shots. Are all those really necessary?
Modern medicine has provided many options to protect our pets from some of the most common diseases. However, what is right for one pet may not be right for yours. As a result, our staff will discuss the course of treatment that is best for your pet based on health, lifestyle, environment, and other important factors. As with all veterinary care, please remember the final decision is yours. Our job is to inform and to help you make an educated decision.
Do you offer financing options?
